Down Payment for DP Saddle - Custom or In-Stock
Down Payment DP Saddle
Please contact cscustomsaddlery@gmail.com to send details and specifications of the saddle where you will be quoted a final price. As a representative, we can answer questions of desired designs. It is advisable to contact us prior to this down payment so you know the final quote as the prices can range significantly. All custom saddles need this down payment paid in full before it is sent to the manufacturer to be produced. These payments can be made here but we are open to other methods of payment.
Customs can take up to 5 months in production in Germany.
The balance + shipping is due on completion.
There is no return on custom orders other than manufacturers warranty.
Down payments are non-refundable unless the manufacturer cannot produce the desired saddle.
In-Stock Saddle Option:
DP may have saddles already in-stock aligned with what you are looking for. These saddles are ready to ship and must be either paid in full at the time of purchase or an initial payment of $3000 down and the remaining balance when the saddle arrives to Taylor Saddlery and is ready to ship out.
Please contact us and we will provide a list of current in-stock saddles as close as we can to your specifications.
In-stock saddles are eligible for return in accordance to our return policy. A saddle arriving with wear marks and scratches will not be accepted as returnable and will be sent back to the buyer at the cost of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for shipping damage or loss if sent uninsured. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping to DP from Taylor Saddlery and $100 restocking fee to Taylor Saddlery.
If the buyer opts for a custom, the restocking fee is waived. The buyer is still responsible for the return shipping of the in-stock saddle but we can help you find a good shipping rate through our shipping partners and send you the packaging label for your convenience. The payments and shipping of ordering the custom saddle will then be as described above.
