Taylor Saddlery Saddle Purchase Terms and Conditions
We really don't want this to happen but sometimes it does inevitably. When you purchase online or through FB, the shipment will have the return policy printed with it. We can also email you the return policy should that get misplaced, especially if you were invoiced via Quickbooks where terms are not specified on it.
Shopping online, you are agreeing with the posted terms by purchasing. Our return policy is pretty standard across the industry requesting that the saddle must be returned new within the alloted time. We will go a long way to help you to the best of our ability but please do not use the saddle for several weeks and then anticipate we will be able to send it back to the respective company. We will not be able to and that is beyond our control.
Return Policy
You may return or exchange your saddle within 7 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
The saddle must be UNUSED and in NEW condition.
All tags, packaging, and accessories (including the warranty card if new) originally included with the saddle must be intact. Saddles showing signs of wear, or have had oil/cleaning product on them are ineligible for return.
Custom-made saddles, special orders, or modified products are not eligible for return.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within the 7-day window to receive return instructions.
Saddles must be shipped back in their original packaging at the buyer’s expense.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Inspection and Refund
Upon receiving the returned saddle, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the conditions for return.
If the saddle passes inspection, a refund will be issued minus any applicable shipping fees and restocking charges.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of return approval.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your saddle for a different model or size, this must be done within the same 7-day window. Any price difference will be charged or refunded as necessary.
Damage or Defect Claims
If the saddle is received damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. In this case, we will cover return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund.
